Hagoromo in full
Hagoromo is Elivi's Japanese restaurant, sashimi and nigiri led, serving dinner only from 19:00 to 23:00. It has its own dedicated page on the resort site rather than being a menu section, which is what marks it as a genuinely separate venue.
It is the only serious Japanese operation of this type on Skiathos. The Borzoi in town carries a sushi selection within a much broader eclectic menu, but that is a different proposition entirely.
As with the rest of the Elivi estate, non-resident access is not documented anywhere we could find. If you are not staying there, call before making plans.
